Last week we were at Riccione, Emilia-Romagna, working on a Movie Making Team Building for one of the biggest multinational medical devices company. What can we say about the experience? The weather was magnificent, not too cold and not too hot, ideally to film…

The task at hand was to make a commercial about the new equipment developed by the company using all the elements: the sandy beaches, the sun, the sea and the beautiful Riccione-summer break atmosphere. Not only did the teams had fun, but they also participated in one of the most challenging activities, because of the two hours they had in their disposition, in which they had to coordinate, collaborate and role distribute the tasks. A true team building activity!

We have to say that this group was particularly interesting because of their ability to make the serious subject they had to work with, entertaining and a whole lot of fun! Every single team was motivated and focus on the prize!

A Night of Oscars. The best film goes to…

The evening came and the award ceremony arrived with the smiles of every single person for a day filled with hard work and entertainment. That should have been the greatest rewards, but it was not enough! The films were played and each team got to see their job and the jobs of the others. Applauses came and went for each film, but the spirit of competition soon kicked in and the participants got to vote on the best movie, the best actor, best actress and best supporting actor.

Even though the prizes were given, the best win was to see that every single person was part of the experience and became a true team.

That, for us at Team Working, means a job well done!
