Escape the meeting room and head to the emirate’s Abu Dhabi desert for adventorous team building, with two exciting Arabian Nights Team Building activities in Abu Dhabi:  Survival Team Building and Cooking Team Building.

Can YOU face the challenge?

Abu Dhabi is a jewl of the emirathe’s leading residential desert products. The only one with ‘glamping’ accomodation, where you can find air-conditioned tents adorned with traditional sadu weave work. Team Building offers lots of desert activities, including camel rides, desert quad-biking, 4×4 dune bashing, sand-boarding and traditional henna skin decorations. This  has inspired us to be even more creative and offer you a couple of team-building activities  as well the formats for corporate guests.

The “Survival Team Building” activity challenges team to adapt to the changing environment, with a number of obstacles. All the necessary components are provided. Its a light introduction to desert survival skills and touches on traditional Emirati life. The contestants can learn how to make a shade  from the hot desert sun!

“Cooking Team Building“, on the other hand challenges more gastronomically adventorous team to make the most delicious culinary creations, using basic ingredients such as fresh vegetables and breads. Lessons are to be learned about team-work when there’s “too many cooks in the kitchen“.  All the dishes will be judged based on taste and presentation.

This is a chance to do something out of the ordinary and outside of participants normal environment. Instead of having trainings conducted in the meeting rooms,  have them on the fresh air with beautiful landsscape around you.

A typical full day programme starts with team building exercises in the early aftenoon. It can be followed by lunch and other outdoor activities.

Celebrate Each Other’s Success

Learn to appreciate and acknowledge each other’s efforts. Moreover, celebrate the success of a job well done or a project delivered/ finished on time. This helps in wiping out any negativity and keeps the team united.

We can organise as well some less adventures  but never the less exciting activities: Photografic Treasure Hunt and Photo Novel. This new formats are perfect for “Organise a day trip” which can be a welcome break from the daily work-related pressures and can help fellow employees and their bosses to interact, bond, and get to know each other better. This can, in many ways, translate into better returns at the workplace.
